Lovely Layouts Tuesday - Rainbow Spring freebie

WOW I almost didn't make this Lovely Layouts Tuesday! My Internet is down and they can't come to fix it until Tuesday afternoon! So I'm at my moms using her ancient computer and BOY do the colors and pictures sure look different on her old browser than on my computer. I see yellow's and blues that aren't suppose to be there and they aren't nearly as pretty as I thought they would be! SO if your using an old browser, don't think my colors are ugly!
